US Netizen E-mail 2757.272164 Megabytes

Shortly after signup, we create an e-mail account for you. Follow these instructions for getting started. E-mail addresses include either @usnetizen.com or @usnetizen.net. Your e-mail address is the same as your dialup username. These two e-mail domains are accessed from different logins:

If your e-mail address includes @usnetizen.com:

Log in here: http://mail.google.com/a/usnetizen.com/

You must log in to activate the account.

If your e-mail address includes @usnetizen.net:

Log in here: http://mail.google.com/a/usnetizen.net/

You must log in to activate the account.

After you have logged in and accepted the agreement, you can try the Lite version of US Netizen webmail. It's much faster because it leaves out some features such as spell checking. Try it. We optimized it for dialup. This currently only works if your address includes @usnetizen.com.

Lite Webmail

As an added bonus, this doesn't show up as gmail.com in your access logs. If your office or school has blocked acess to gmail.com, this will let you access your webmail at work or school and they will never know.

This version also works better with MegaBoost. Using the built-in MegaBoost statistics, the Lite webmail achieves a savings ratio of 7.18 while the full webmail achieves 4.19. (Opera 9.02). In order for MegaBoost to work with Litemail, use the http: address, not https:

Secure Lite Webmail

Use Secure Lite WebMail! All traffic will be encrypted making it impossible for anyone to intercept and read your e-mail. MegaBoost will not accelerate anything using secure lite mail.

Username Changes

The e-mail system does not support underscores "_" as a part of the username. If your your dialup username has an underscore, we changed your e-mail address by removing the underscore. For example, if your username is "tom_mary usnetizen.com," we renamed your e-mail adress to "tommary usnetizen.com.

The username changes do not affect dialup login. This is only for e-mail.
