Error 691 - This is our main error code and it can have several different causes.
When can I use my new service?
If you paid by credit card and your payment was approved, your dialup service is ready to use immediately. If you added MegaBoost, this will be created shortly and you can use the dialup without MegaBoost in the mean time. All e-mail accounts need to be set up by a human, so these are not ready to use immediately. You always need to log into webmail to activate your account. Outlook Express will not work until after you login to webmail and activate POP3.
Credit Card Payments
We have strict anti fraud measures in place and it's possible that your card was not approved. If you receive an e-mail indicating that your card was declined due to an AVS mismatch, the address you provided did not match your credit card billing address. Please check your credit card statement for the exact billing address and send it to us and we will update your account and process the payment to activate your account. Sometimes, If your card was declined for other reasons. After you verify that your account has sufficient funds, let us know and we will try again. Be sure and provide us with the exact name on the front of the card.
