If your login has previously worked and now you are getting Error 691, your account has expired. This is usually a result of an expired or declined credit card. See these instructions to log in and make a payment.
Error 691 can also mean a username mismatch. You need to enter the full username login@usnetizen.com or login@usnetizen.net.
If you signed up for an account and didn't enter a credit card number, your account will be created by hand and isn't available instantly. This may take several hours or a day to complete. We will send you a confirmation when it has been created. |

At the webmail screen, the @usnetizen.com is already typed in for you. You just need to enter the login without the @usnetizen.com |
| I can't get Outlook Express to log in. |
You need to log into webmail at least once to activate the account, then enable POP3 from within webmail. |

Log into our secure billing server with your dialup username and password.
Click on Modify Account
Click on Update Billing
Select Payment Method as Credit Card
Enter the new information and click Update
Remember to log off. |
