Netscape Messenger

1. Open Netscape Messenger.
2. On the menu bar, select Edit > Preferences....
3. Select Mail & Groups from the menu. It may be necessary to click on the (+) sign to show the sub-groups.
4. Select Identity and enter your account information as below:

   Your name: Your name
   Email address: userid@usnetizen.com
   

   
5. Select Mail Server
6. Enter the following information:

   Server Type: POP3
   Mail server user name: userid@usnetizen.com
   Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: smtp.gmail.com
   Incoming mail server: pop.gmail.com
   

7. Select POP3 as the Mail Server Type.
   
8. Click on the OK button.
9. Netscape Messenger is already configured to send and receive e-mail.
