US Netizen E-mail: SnapperMail

You'll need the Premier or Enterprise edition of SnapperMail to access your US Netizen E-mail messages with POP. Here's how to configure SnapperMail:

  1. Log into US Netizen Webmail
  2. Enable POP in your US Netizen Webmail account.
  3. Open SnapperMail, and click 'Menu.'
  4. Select 'Options.'
  5. Open 'Edit Accounts,' and choose the server account.
  6. Enter 'pop.gmail.com' in the 'POP3 Server' field.
  7. Enter your US Netizen e-mail username (including '@usnetizen.com') and password.
  8. Enter 'smtp.gmail.com' in the 'SMTP Server' field.
  9. Enter your US Netizen e-mail username (including '@usnetizen.com') and password.
  10. Click 'More' at the bottom of the screen.
  11. Set the 'Use SSL' drop-down menu to 'Always Secure (Wrapped port).'
  12. Check that 'Port 995' is displayed.
  13. Leave all other boxes unchecked.
  14. Select 'Always Secure (STARTTLS)' for SMTP settings from the 'Use SSL' drop-down menu.
  15. Enter '587' in the port field.
  16. Leave all other boxes unchecked.
