Mozilla Thunderbird

  1. Open Thunderbird.
  2. From the menu bar, select Tools > Account Settings.
  3. The Account Settings window appears. Click on Add Account to launch the Account Wizard.
  4. The New Account Setup window appears. Select Email account from the list and click the Next > button.
  5. The Identity window opens. Enter the following information:
    Your Name: Enter your name
    E-mail Address:
    username@usnetizen.com
  6. Click on the Next > button.


  7. The Server Information window opens. Enter the following information:
    Incoming Server: pop.gmail.com
    Outgoing Server:
    smtp.gmail.com Click on the Next > button.

  8. The User Names window opens. Enter your username without @usnetizen.com
    Click Next >.

  9. The Account Name window opens. Enter US Netizen and click Next >.
  10. The Congratulations window opens. Thunderbird is now configured to send send receive e-mail.
